Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products sold by Blush Cloud are authentic products sourced from reputable Canadian retailers and authorized distributors.
Are you an authorized retailer?
No. Blush Cloud is an independent boutique and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized retailer of any fragrance or beauty brand featured on this website.
Why are some collections limited edition?
Many of our collections are created using rare, seasonal, discontinued, viral, or difficult-to-find products. Once a collection sells out, it may not be possible to recreate it exactly as originally offered.
In addition, every Blush Cloud collection is intentionally curated around a unique scent story, layering experience, mood, and self-care ritual. Even when similar products become available again, the exact combination, experience, and feeling behind a collection may never be repeated.
Can sold-out collections be restocked?
Sometimes. If featured products become available again, we may create a similar collection in the future.
However, many Blush Cloud collections are intentionally curated around a specific scent story, layering experience, mood, or self-care ritual. While a collection may inspire future creations, the exact combination of products and experience may never be repeated once sold out.
Why do product colours sometimes differ from photos?
We do our best to accurately represent every product and collection. However, colours may appear slightly different due to photography, editing, lighting conditions, packaging updates, and individual screen settings.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We currently ship across Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Can I return my order?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance, body care, and personal care products are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue.
Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Blush Cloud. We reserve the right to request additional information before making a final determination.
How are your collections curated?
Every Blush Cloud collection is personally curated around a scent story, mood, theme, or layering experience. Rather than selling individual products alone, we focus on creating beautiful self-care rituals and fragrance experiences designed to be enjoyed together.
Many of the products featured in our collections are sourced through extensive searching and discovery. In some cases, locating a single item can take days or even weeks of visiting multiple retailers, monitoring inventory, and hunting for hard-to-find fragrance treasures.
Each collection is assembled with intention, ensuring that every product contributes to a unique scent journey and self-care experience that feels cohesive, memorable, and special.
Why are some products difficult to find elsewhere?
Part of the Blush Cloud experience is discovering unique treasures. We spend time sourcing viral favourites, seasonal releases, hard-to-find products, and special fragrance finds that may not always be available through traditional retail channels. Some products can take days or even weeks to locate, making each collection feel even more special once it comes together.
Are your products new and unused?
Yes. All products sold by Blush Cloud are new, unused, and carefully inspected before being included in a collection or shipped to a customer.
We take great care in sourcing, handling, and packaging every item to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Products are inspected during the curation process and again before shipment as part of our quality control process.
Where can I find product ingredients and usage information?
Ingredient lists, directions for use, warnings, and other important product information can be found on the original product packaging provided by the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and following all manufacturer instructions prior to use. If you have known allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns, please carefully review product information before using any fragrance, beauty, or personal care product.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Blush Cloud offers free local delivery within Edmonton and surrounding area for eligible orders.
