Where we deliver

Blush Cloud ships within Canada. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing your order

Orders are typically inspected, packed and prepared within 2–5 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions or periods of high order volume. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Canada-wide shipping

Standard shipping: $12 CAD, or free on orders of $120 CAD or more.
Express shipping: $20 CAD where available at checkout. Express shipping is not included in the free standard-shipping offer.

Your available delivery options, final charges and any delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Transit times are estimates and may vary with destination, weather, holidays and carrier conditions.

Free local delivery

Free local delivery is available to eligible postal codes in Edmonton and surrounding communities, including Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Beaumont, Leduc, Nisku and Fort Saskatchewan. Eligible addresses will see local delivery at checkout. Contact us if you are unsure whether your address is included.

Tracking and delivery help

Tracking information is emailed when available after shipment. If your package appears delayed or missing, contact us with your order number so we can help review the tracking information and next steps.

Please check your shipping address carefully before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the affected items and packaging. Keep the items and packaging while the issue is reviewed. See our Refund Policy for the claim process.
