Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Each collection is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared before shipment to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping Locations

Blush Cloud currently ships within Canada.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Free local delivery is available within Edmonton and surrounding area for eligible orders.

Canada-Wide Shipping

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate shipping available across Canada.
• Express Shipping: Faster delivery option available at checkout.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for eligible postal codes within Edmonton and the Greater Edmonton Area, including Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Beaumont, Leduc, Nisku, and Fort Saskatchewan.

Orders qualifying for local delivery will see this option at checkout.

Please note that shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Any delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Blush Cloud is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the package and affected items.

Approved claims may be eligible for store credit at the sole discretion of Blush Cloud.
